Sales Executive (West Coast) (Canada; USA)

Join TRAFFIX as a Sales Executive, responsible for identifying companies facing supply chain challenges and pitching TRAFFIX’s services to optimize their transportation network. This role focuses on prospecting, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect companies that ship freight within North America.
  • Research prospects and prepare initial outreach.
  • Conduct cold calling and cold emailing.
  • Identify business opportunities with current and new customers.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Monitor trends and customer purchase behavior.
  • Collaborate with TRAFFIX experts for discovery calls and meetings.
  • Lead pricing strategy development.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer sales role.
  • Strong ability to bypass gatekeepers, identify decision-makers, and close business.
  • Self‑starter, able to work independently, and incentive‑driven.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable speaking with warehouse staff to C‑suite executives.
  • Problem solver with emotional intelligence.
  • Driven to continuously grow your book of business.
  • 1–3 years experience in transportation and logistics; 3PL experience is an asset.
