Position: New Homes Sales Consultant - On Your Lot

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with potential home buyers, providing exceptional service throughout their home buying journey.
  • Become an expert on our new home offerings, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property.
  • Understand clients’ needs, preferences, and budgets, then recommend homes that align with their goals.
  • Conduct informative and engaging tours of model homes and communities, highlighting key selling points.
  • Guide clients through the sales process, explaining contracts, pricing, and financing options.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to buyers, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the success of the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, contracts, and customer communications.
Additional Requirements
  • OYL (On Your Lot) experience is required.
  • Land, Construction, and/or Operations background preferred.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation.
  • Master at prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
  • Strong, established relationships in the industry, especially with broker partners.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role (real estate sales experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Client-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • A positive attitude and a professional appearance.
  • Real estate licensing may be required depending on local regulations (we can assist with this).
