Description
This position is ideal for entry level employees to join the Inside Sales Team as an iTero Inside Sales Representative, supporting Align’s salesforce by assisting iTero sales across each stage of the funnel. Partnering with Territory Managers, you’ll identify & qualify priority accounts to inform, influence decision-making, & drive growth within assigned territories. This role is essential to Align’s iTero sales strategy.
Responsibilities- Support the Territory Managers, Regional Managers, & Area Sales Director in annual iTero targets, working with business partners to develop strategies and initiatives designed to efficiently and effectively hit sales targets.
- Conduct phone calls, emails, & other forms of outreach to support doctors in learning more about iTero’s transformative clinical solutions and patient education tools.
- Conduct virtual product overviews and demonstrations to help customers understand value proposition, capabilities, and buying opportunities.
- Develop sales opportunities for iTero Scanners and Services within new and existing accounts via outbound calling and email communications.
- Identify, research, and analyze accounts; build rapport and understand customer goals.
- Understand account needs to help identify gaps and recommend training, technical resources, and support to ensure customers are well-equipped to go digital.
- Effective attainment of assigned quota, business objectives, and deadlines.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Education:
BS or BA in relevant field preferred and/or equivalent experience - Experience:
2+ years of Inside Sales experience, or other relevant experience required - Skills:
Oral & written communication; problem solving & multi-tasking; learning agility - Communication:

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

If provided, base salary or wage rate ranges are the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidate’s pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For locations outside the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically.
For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S.
Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
