In this role, you will:

  • Manage and convert inbound inquiries from customers.
  • Develop an understanding of customer needs from prototypes to production.
  • Demonstrate the value of our solutions and grow our market share.

This position is ideal for achievement-oriented candidates who think outside the box to exceed sales goals through collaboration. You should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and aim to develop a deep understanding of the $50 billion manufacturing industry in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell Xometry solutions to Fortune 500 clients.
  • Focus on supply chain and align solutions with customer strategic objectives.
  • Build relationships with engineering, program management, procurement, and executive teams.
  • Plan strategically for enterprise accounts.
  • Arrange sales calls and presentations with company executives and engineers.
  • Qualify and convert leads.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to meet customer needs.
  • Accurately manage data in CRM or other sales systems.
  • Represent the company professionally.
  • Propose solutions and negotiate contracts.
  • Engage in ongoing training and mentoring.
  • Align with company goals to enhance performance.
  • Adhere to quality and safety policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 6+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
  • At least 2+ years selling to Fortune 500 companies.
  • Preferred knowledge of manufacturing or engineering.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5%.
  • Proficiency in virtual meetings and presentations.
  • Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom/Web Ex, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Strategic sales planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
