We’re partnering with a scaling B2B SaaS start-up with big ambitions for the US market. This is an opportunity to join early, make an impact, and grow with the business as it expands.

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a small, high-performing sales team. This is a hands-on, outbound-focused position where you’ll research and engage potential customers, open new opportunities, and help fuel the company’s US growth. You’ll be joining a start-up that values learning, experimentation, and personal development. You’ll receive one-to-one training from experienced Account Executives and sales leaders, giving you the foundation and confidence to progress.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s hungry to learn, naturally curious, and eager to make an impact. This role focuses on outbound prospecting and is not responsible for inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research target organisations and key contacts.
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, and Linked In to build awareness and interest.
  • Hold initial conversations and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your own outreach pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls (or open to learn) and building new relationships.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Positive, coachable attitude and a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Curious about how businesses operate and motivated to build a career in sales.
  • Some exposure to sales or customer-facing work (internship or entry-level) is a plus, but not required.
