• Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed.
• Use a needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify client needs, and market suitable products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success daily.

• Simple IRA
• Paid time off (vacation and sick days)
• Growth and advancement opportunities within the agency

• Sales experience preferred (outside sales, inside sales, retail, telemarketing)
• Track record of meeting sales goals preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
• Enthusiastic about insurance and financial products helping people manage risks and achieve dreams
• People-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
• Ability to make presentations and meet marketing goals
• Property and Casualty license (must have or be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not directly with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must complete licensing and training requirements. $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
