Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness invites you to join our team as a charismatic and persuasive sales professional. If you are passionate about fitness and enjoy helping others, this role offers the opportunity to earn commission on new member sales, build a personal sales portfolio, and foster member retention through excellent customer service.

• Hand out guest passes and promote center activities.
• Generate leads through referrals, booking and confirming appointments via phone or internet.
• Conduct center tours, present rates, and ask for the sale.
• Uncover concerns, provide solutions, and schedule timely follow‑ups with prospects who are not yet new members.

:

• Seeks a varied work schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and day shifts.
• Believes in fitness as a lifelong pursuit and maintains a personal commitment to excellence.
• Listens actively and builds authentic relationships with members.
• Exceeds sales goals and exhibits strong motivation and self‑initiative.
• Has previous retail sales experience, preferably within fitness, health, or wellness.
• Possesses proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and pays keen attention to verbal and written communication details. A bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Communication, Marketing, or an equivalent is preferred but not required.
