💰 $70,000–$80,000 base + commission
SUPERIOR SKILLED TRADES is partnered with a growing electrical services company seeking a motivated, customer-focused Residential Sales Representative
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with homeowners, building relationships, and closing sales while representing a trusted local brand.
- Base salary: $70K–$80K + commission

- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
As a Residential Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners
, educating customers on electrical services, generating quotes, and guiding them through the sales process. You will travel locally throughout the Triangle area to meet with customers and secure new business.
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online customer inquiries
- Visit prospective residential customers and secure sales
- Educate homeowners on services, pricing, and value propositions
- Generate quotes, prepare proposals, and follow up on opportunities
Schedule appointments and coordinate with electricians and technicians - Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity in the CRM system
- Collaborate with management to meet sales goals
- Deliver a professional, positive customer experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments preferred
- Electrical installation or residential electrical experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Knowledge of electrical or residential services is a plus (training provided)
