IT Sales Specialist – New Logo Hunter (High Targets)

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven, results-oriented IT Sales Specialist with a proven track record of closing new logos under high revenue targets
. This role is ideal for go-getters who thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy hunting for new business, and are motivated by performance‑based growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and close new customers across assigned markets
  • Drive net‑new logo wins for IT products and services
  • Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to deal closure
  • Achieve and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Consistently convert leads into high‑value deals
Solution Selling
  • Understand customer business challenges and IT requirements
  • Position IT solutions including software, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and services
  • Work closely with pre‑sales and technical teams to close deals
Relationship & Market Development
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT heads, and decision‑makers
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities post‑closure
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in IT / SaaS / Technology sales
  • Proven success in closing new logos with high targets
  • Demonstrated ability to hunt, prospect, and close independently
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and objection‑handling skills
  • Self‑motivated, aggressive, and outcome‑focused
  • Comfortable with cold calling, outbound sales, and target pressure
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling mindset
  • Hunger to grow earnings through incentives and commissions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling IT services, SaaS, cloud, AI, or cybersecurity solutions
  • Existing network of decision‑makers is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, etc.)
Performance Metrics
  • Revenue and quota attainment
  • Pipeline value and conversion ratio
