We’re looking for a builder, not just a closer.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Account Executive who thrives in early‑stage and scale‑up environments and wants to help build the foundation of a world‑class sales organization. You’ll start as a hands‑on individual contributor—owning deals end‑to‑end—while playing a critical role in shaping the sales process, methodology, and go‑to‑market motion.
As the company scales, this role offers a clear path into sales leadership, with the opportunity to hire and lead the team you helped create.
What we’re looking for- 5+ years of quota‑carrying field sales experience in a startup or scale‑up environment
- Proven success selling software products
- Experience as an early sales hire, Head of Sales, or second‑line manager where you helped build a productive team
- Consistent history of exceeding quota through proactive prospecting and strategic selling
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology and the ability to coach others
- Willingness to travel nationally at least 50%
- Experience selling into field‑centric industries (telecom, utilities, construction, engineering, agriculture)
- Success selling to technical buyers (CTO, VP/Director of Engineering, IT leaders)
- Background in product‑led growth, data, or infrastructure software companies
