Our Sales Team Members serve as trusted advisors, guiding customers through thoughtfully curated selections while building long-term relationships. This role is integral to creating a refined, consultative shopping experience that reflects our commitment to quality and service excellence.

• Deliver a personalized, high-touch customer experience from first impression through purchase and follow-up
• Offer expert product knowledge and thoughtful design-driven recommendations
• Cultivate lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and attention to detail
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain a strong understanding of furnishings, materials, and craftsmanship
• Contribute to a well-merchandised showroom environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail, interior design, or sales experience preferred
• Proficiency with POS systems and computer applications, including Microsoft Office
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Successful completion of all required pre-employment screenings
