Salary Range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

As a merchandising and stocking associate, you will keep the store organized, move inventory, unload trucks, and assist members with product selection. This fast‑paced, physically demanding role is essential to ensuring members find what they need.

• Prompts unloading of trucks and assisting other associates as needed.
• Sorting, stocking shelves and backroom inventory.
• Engaging members and addressing their needs with a positive attitude.
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and member‑ready environment.
• Assisting with club pick‑up orders, staging products, and ensuring proper product rotation.
• Supporting safety practices, including proper handling of hazardous materials and compliance with forklift spotting procedures.
• Ensuring merchandise presentation meets company policies, including signing and pricing items.

• Fast‑paced work environment comfort.
• Customer‑service focus with member satisfaction as priority.
• Adaptability to change and problem‑solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes up to 25 pounds.
• Prior retail or stocking experience is a plus.
