As a Senior Meat Cutter you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the club meets the member’s expectations.

• Be a Team Member: collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain in‑stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: maintain an in‑depth knowledge of meat products, process meat to specifications, ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines, and operate and sanitize equipment.
• Be a Techie: leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production decisions.
• Be an Owner: drive the business results, plan for profitability, maintain a work area, ensure quality and standards for high‑volume meat products, eliminate waste, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: advocate for the department and the club by modeling high‑quality service and products; train associates.
• Compliance: adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; apply the Open Door Policy.
• Work Management: complete assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities, communicate progress, and recommend improvements.

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Will successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
