Overview

Kane Realty is currently seeking outstanding candidates for the role of Concierge at our luxury community, Highland, located in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities
  • Greet every resident with energy, kindness, and enthusiasm.
  • Manage general customer service needs of the property such as package delivery, food delivery, maintenance requests, and service/hospitality accommodations.
  • Assist office staff with daily administrative tasks and responsibilities.
  • Handle all resident requests, concerns, and complaints with grace and positivity to ensure timely and exceptional resolution.

  • Great interpersonal skills and comfort dealing with people in varying settings and conditions.
  • Passionate about people and serving others; you derive joy from bringing joy to others.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to act decisively and independently.
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives at using creativity and ingenuity to resolve issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, action-oriented mindset; you anticipate events and pursue solutions without awaiting instruction.
  • 1+ years of professional work experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, real estate, customer service, or sales.
  • Track record of success in building and managing relationships with customers, clients, and internal/external partners.
  • Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations (federal, state, local).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel; experience with industry software (Yardi or Entrata) preferred.
  • Prior hotel, hospitality, or concierge experience is a plus.
  • Schedule:

    Tuesdays – Saturdays (Tuesday–Friday 2pm–10pm; Saturday 9am–5pm).
