* We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and creative Merchandising Assistant to support our merchandising team in developing seasonal line sheets and executing merchandising strategies. This role involves assisting in product selection, sku/inventory management, and creating visually compelling line sheets to showcase our apparel, footwear and accessory collections. The Merchandising Assistant will work with a dynamic US team and international partners to contribute to the success of our design-forward golf & lifestyle brand.
*** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
* ** Seasonal Line Sheet Development:
** Utilize Adobe Illustrator to design and update seasonal line sheets, ensuring accurate representation of product assortments, including style names, colors, fabrics, deliveries, and pricing.
* ** Product Data Management:
** Assist in compiling product information, including specifications, images, and descriptions, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records for line sheets and internal databases.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration:

** Work closely with designers, merchandisers, and marketing teams to gather necessary product information and ensure alignment in visual presentations.
* ** Trend Analysis:
** Assist in market research to identify current fashion trends, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences to inform product selection and merchandising strategies.
* ** Visual Merchandising Support:
** Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure that line sheets accurately reflect DTC marketing initiatives, in-store displays and online presentations.
* ** Administrative Support:
** Provide general administrative assistance to the merchandising department, including organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
** COMPETENCIES
* ** Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office (Excel) is essential; familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite applications is a plus.
* Strong ability to analyze market trends and sales data to inform merchandising decisions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Keen eye for design and aesthetics, with a passion for fashion and staying updated on industry trends.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
* 2-3 years’ experience in apparel merchandising, design, or a related role is preferred.
