Retail Assistant Store Manager, Fabletics (Crabtree Valley Mall - Raleigh, NC)

Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager to lead and inspire our retail team.

As a key collaborator with the Store Manager and leadership team, you will drive sales and operational excellence, leveraging cutting‑edge technology to create a seamless omnichannel experience between online and our physical store. You will play a critical role in shaping an exceptional retail experience and surpassing KPIs.

• Embody our culture and values through a high degree of self‑accountability.
• Support the Store Manager and peer Supervisor in training associates.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store.
• Support and manage daily store activities aligned with company and store goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines that enhance the customer journey.
• Provide and nourish feedback from all levels to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes weigh 10-30 lbs).

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Ability to work effectively with large teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and an ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator, with an innate ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Capable of standing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
