Deli Bakery Clerk at Carlie C’s IGA

Joining the Carlie C’s IGA team as a Deli Bakery Clerk prioritizes prompt and friendly customer service. You’ll handle everything from fried chicken to 9-layer cakes, and will be responsible for preparing, serving, cooking, and cleaning. Your role is vital to maintaining a high-quality Bakery/Deli experience.

Responsibilities

Use scales and printer; understand tare weight.
Use and sharpen meat/cheese slicer.
Use chicken fryer and monitor grease.
Make meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Understand portion control.
Monitor food temperature requirements.
Operate oven, proof box.
Keep sales area full and rotate.
Clean and sanitize area.
Maintain Carlie C’s uniform standards.
Perform any and all other daily operational duties as directed by the Deli/Bakery Manager.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age, friendly and outgoing.
Neat and clean in appearance.
Must enjoy working with the public.
Must be able to follow instructions.
Experience is a plus.
