Role overview:
In this role, you will engage with customers by providing excellent service and acting as an expert in product knowledge to educate, inform, inspire, and outfit the customer. You will convey information about current merchandise, store promotions, and events, and execute operational processes effectively to bring the brand to life and build brand loyalty while delivering with productivity.

• Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors and deliver a premium customer experience.
• Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently; answer questions quickly and accurately.
• Offer style and outfit suggestions, using mannequins and displays for inspiration.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back-of-house processes as required.
• Be courteous and responsive to internal and external requests.
• Exchange and verify job-related information to provide support.

• Good communicator with the ability to use technology effectively and engage with customers and teammates to meet goals.
• Problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement; open to feedback and action-oriented.
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Capable of basic information gathering to solve problems.
• Willing to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.
