We are one of the most recognized companies in the floriculture industry. If you love bringing color and joy to customers through beautiful floral arrangements, join us as a Flower Merchandiser. You will manage displays at each store, ensuring flowers are perfectly showcased and inventory is optimized.

• Pay: $16.00 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
• Paid training to become an expert in flower handling.
• Mobile phone allowance to stay connected.
• Transportation expense reimbursement per route.
• Full‑time employees receive medical, dental, and vision benefits (part‑time employees do not).

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, ensuring each store is prepared for demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• While working independently, support teammates with special activities when needed.

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient reading, writing, and understanding of instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
