Kimbrell’s Furniture is growing and looking to add new Store Managers for our Carolina locations. We are seeking energetic, positive professionals who are highly experienced in retail management. If you are an amazing leader, enthusiastic, organized, and possess a strong work ethic, this opportunity is for you.

Applicants must be open to travel while in training and possible relocation as Manager.

While in training, you will work closely with the corporate trainer, support staff, and other experienced store managers throughout the region. This preparation will equip you to deliver an exceptional in‑store experience, learn about Kimbrell’s history and culture, and thrive in a decades‑old family‑owned furniture retail business.

Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers diligently, courteously, and professionally
  • Develop relationships with customers, internal departments, and store associates
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store associates
  • Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work within a team
  • Supervise and oversee all operations and transactions, ensuring professionalism and accuracy are delivered by self and each associate
  • Provide training to improve staff knowledge and utilize cross‑training methods to maintain store productivity
  • Ensure that customer records are accurately updated and maintained
  • Handle personnel matters such as interviewing potential candidates, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, and organizing training and development
  • Maintain the stability and reputation of Kimbrell’s culture
  • Travel to different stores to assist as required
  • Other duties as assigned
