Full-time position available. Must be able to work weekends.

• Must be able to make sushi and sashimi dishes according to company recipes
• Must have a great entertaining personality to meet, greet and chat with sushi guests
• Must be able to follow instructions from our Senior Chef Sushi Chef
• Must be able to clean fish from whole
• Must keep the working area in a clean, neat and organized manner
• Must follow all North Carolina sanitation laws
• Serving Safe certification would be a plus
• Must have knowledge of Japanese culture and sushi origins
• Must be creative in sushi presentation
• Must have minimum one full year of sushi making experience
• Hourly salary can be negotiated for a candidate with more than 6 years of sushi making experience
• Open until 9:00 pm on weekdays and 9:30 pm on weekends. No late nights
• 18% gratuity automatically included on parties of 6 or more
• We are willing to train if you have the aptitude
