The Fry Cook position involves:

• Following established recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Demonstrating understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all station equipment.
• Preparing, cooking, and plating all food according to directions in a hygienic and timely manner.
• Performing basic preparation duties, including handling raw produce and meats, following restaurant quality specifications and proper hygiene standards.
• Assisting with cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
• Carrying out additional responsibilities as requested by Chefs or Managers at any time.
