Job Description
Implementation of procedures, standards, and tactics to optimize restaurant sales, control costs, and provide a quality guest experience by adherence to quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
Position OverviewResponsible for following brand standards, company rules and policies. Team members strive to deliver a quality guest experience, provide products that meet brand standards and recipes, maintain their stations in a clean and orderly manner, and assist other team members as needed.
Essential FunctionExecution of assigned duties under guidance of supervisor, ensuring restaurant operations run smoothly.
Job Responsibilities- Prepare certain food items.
- Greet guests and take their orders accurately and friendly.
- Identify menu items, ingredients, packaging, and follow step‑by‑step procedures for various food and beverage products; maintain quality standards when preparing food and beverage items.
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service; (cash handling positions responsible for accurate cash control).
- Deliver food and drink orders to guests and confirm order accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining room and other service areas accessible to guests; may also be responsible for cleanliness of stations or food production/storage areas.
Hourly / Part-Time
EducationMust meet age requirements. Some positions require a high school diploma or equivalent.
