The Evaluation Associate supports the design, implementation, and dissemination of evaluation and research activities across multiple projects. Job schedule:
40 hours;
Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5 pm.

Minimum experience/education:
- Master’s degree in Education, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Research Methods, Statistics, or related field and at least three (3) years of professional experience in program evaluation, research, or data analysis; OR
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Three (3) or more years of professional experience conducting mixed‑methods evaluation or applied research across multiple projects.
- Experience designing evaluation plans, developing data collection instruments (e.g., surveys, interview protocols), and managing data collection processes.
- Experience synthesizing findings and developing high‑quality reports, executive summaries, briefs, and presentations for varied stakeholder audiences.
Required skills:
- Strong written communication skills producing research and scholarly products such as presentations, briefs, reports, and manuscripts.
- Mixed‑methods expertise, with proven abilities to synthesize survey and interview findings.
- Content analysis experience, particularly related to publications and policy analyses.
- Ability to work independently on tasks.
Anticipated hiring range: $40.00 hourly.
