Temporary Laboratory Assistant

Job Summary

Data entry, food sample preparation (food grade lab). This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of fermentation studies, sensory evaluations, and maintaining high-quality data integrity.

Work Schedule:

20 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-12pm, some weekends.

Assist in fermentation studies and sensory evaluations; perform data entry and maintain data integrity; prepare food samples for analysis.

• One year of experience in fermentation and food microbiology lab.
• Previous experience with microbiological analysis of food.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with data entry using Excel and preparing reports and presentations.
