Essential Job Duties

This position will be responsible for working alongside program research technician and aid in duties including, but not limited to, hauling equipment (tractors, planters, combine, etc) to research stations, collecting and analyzing data, organizing extension events, and processing harvested materials.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.

Required Experiences and Qualifications
  • Combination of training and experience required to perform the duties.
  • Must be able to drive trucks and haul trailers.
  • Valid driver’s license (NC driver’s license required).
Preferred Qualifications
  • B.S. in Crop Science, Agronomy, Horticulture or related field.
Compensation

Anticipated Hiring Range: $21/hr temporary position.
