• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Assist sales agents in guiding clients to homes
• Provide detailed feedback to refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of clients and agents
• Generate a minimum of 10 hours of leads weekly
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities as per standards
• Attend weekly coaching sessions, training, and partner calls
• Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

We seek individuals who are energized by working with people, capable of developing professional relationships, and committed to growth in real estate and leadership skills. You should be supportive, ambitious, and a high school graduate with a real estate license.
