• Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents.

• Ensure all leasing processes are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance resident satisfaction.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing or a related customer service field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of vehicle insurance.
