Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and aesthetics industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Quality Specialist
Location: remote
Pay Range:$25/hr
What's the Job?- Manage and maintain documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and procedural updates to ensure compliance with QMS requirements.
- Track and support training compliance within Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring all team members meet required training standards.
- Assist in evaluating vendors, collecting qualification documents, and verifying certifications to support supplier management processes.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, retrieving records, and organizing responses to ensure audit readiness.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations teams to resolve quality issues and support cross-functional quality initiatives.
- 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control roles.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams.
