Senior Quality Professional (Process improvement)

Pay Rate: $50 to $85/hr.

12 months

This position is for the Power/Energy division.

We are seeking a Senior Quality Professional to lead root cause investigations
, drive process improvement initiatives, and analyze cost exposure related to quality issues
. This role will focus on identifying quality risks
, improving vendor performance, and ensuring accurate reporting on quality metrics.

• Lead root cause investigations and forensic analysis of quality issues to identify underlying causes.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce quality defects and operational inefficiencies.
• Analyze and report vendor cost impacts, cost exposure, and non-compliance issues.
• Evaluate vendor bids and quality metrics to help prevent cost overruns and quality risks.
• Develop and maintain quality reporting dashboards and performance metrics.
• Work with internal teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure quality reporting aligns with organizational compliance and documentation standards.
• Travel 10–15% as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality analysis
  , root cause investigation
  , and process improvement
  .
• Experience in analyzing cost exposure
  , vendor performance, and non-compliance reporting
  .
• Experience supporting construction/Electrical/MEP projects
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies
