Quality Professional

Seeking an experienced Quality Professional to support quality management initiatives and drive continuous improvement across the end-to-end customer journey. This role focuses on improving processes, supporting quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall performance and customer experience.

• Monitor and support NPS and CXI performance across the end-to-end customer journey.
• Promote a strong quality culture by working closely with leadership and operational teams.
• Support the design, implementation, and use of the Quality Management System, ensuring risks are identified and controlled.
• Provide real-time transparency for performance monitoring, analysis, and decision-making to support preventive actions and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to digital and innovative solutions that improve quality processes and outcomes.
• Train employees in specific quality areas and support knowledge development within the organization.
• Coach or support agile and lean initiatives and participate in projects, including Scrum-based environments when applicable.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and applicable legal requirements within assigned areas.
• Analyze and improve processes using methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping.
• Coordinate quality-related staff and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support coordination of quality networks within assigned areas.

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience or a Master’s degree entry into the field.
• Knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and methods.
• Ability to analyze and improve processes, systems, or technologies within a defined area of expertise.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to contribute to team objectives.
• Basic business and technical understanding with the ability to apply knowledge to varying situations.
