Job Description
- The Quality Professional drives and monitors quality performance metrics across the end-to-end customer journey, fostering a transparent and collaborative quality culture.
- This role ensures risks are identified and controlled within the Quality Management System while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- The position contributes to process optimization, digital innovation, and agile project execution, applying professional technical and business knowledge to non-routine tasks and milestone-driven objectives.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience or a Master’s degree in a related field.
- Good knowledge of quality management principles and technical or business methods.
- Ability to analyze and improve processes using structured methodologies.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments.
- Strong understanding of quality-related standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive and monitor NPS and CXI measures across the end-to-end customer journey.
- Promote a transparent and open quality culture in collaboration with management.
- Identify, assess, and control risks within the Quality Management System.
- Provide real-time transparency for ad-hoc analysis, preventive actions, and continuous improvement.
- Drive innovative digital solutions to enhance quality processes.
- Train employees in specific quality areas.
- Coach or lead agile or lean projects, including serving as a Scrum Master when required.
- Ensure implementation and compliance with quality standards and legal requirements.
- Analyze and improve processes using methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping.
- Coordinate quality-related staff and support internal and external stakeholder collaboration.
- Coordinate assigned national or international quality networks.
- Contribute to business process improvements and technology solutions in a self-managed and results-oriented manner.
- Provide functional guidance to operational staff and integrate cross-functional services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of agile and lean methodologies.
- Ability to apply technical and business principles to variable situations.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Process improvement and continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage milestone-driven objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
