Your Daily Tasks

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Utilizing hand and power tools for landscaping and grounds maintenance.
  • Performing essential tasks such as mulching, laying sod, removing dirt, trimming, mowing, and raking lawns.
  • Pruning trees and shrubs to keep them healthy and visually appealing.
  • Watering, feeding, digging, and planting flowers, plants, and trees to enhance beautiful landscapes.
  • Caring for plants, including the application of fertilizers and pesticides.
  • Installing and maintaining irrigation and sprinkler systems for optimal water management.
  • Participating in landscape construction projects and installing wall units.
  • Conducting power washing and snow removal as necessary during winter months.
  • Safely operating a truck and trailer for transporting equipment.

In this position, you will need to:

  • Show physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance to complete daily tasks.
  • Maintain keen awareness of your environment to ensure safety for yourself and your teammates.
  • Effectively communicate in English and understand instructions provided.
  • Be adaptable to working outside in different weather conditions.
  • Ensure all tools and machines are cleaned and maintained to optimal standards.
  • Gain technical knowledge to operate a variety of tools and machinery efficiently.
  • Lift heavy materials and perform tasks in various positions.
