Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.
Providers serve as the sole clinician, assessing, diagnosing, and treating acute conditions, performing procedures, ordering tests, and prescribing medications with autonomy. They work in a fully equipped clinic with established protocols, supporting a patient volume of 3–4 per hour, and collaborate with staff to ensure quality care and efficient flow.
Schedule includes 3 shifts of 12 hours per week with rotating weekends, no on-call, and flexible scheduling with additional hours available.
Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour, with benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, malpractice coverage, student loan assistance, CME allowance, and more.
Qualifications include NC licensure, BLS/ACLS, and 1+ years of urgent care or emergency experience preferred. Opportunities for career growth within the network are available.
