RN Nurse Manager- Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Raleigh, NC office. This office provides best in class care to adult clients throughout the surrounding area.

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our adult clients and conduct assessments in Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise Home Health Aides and CNA staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Participate in the training of new employees and in-services for field staff.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
• Supervisory experience preferred
