Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.
- Provide autonomous, episodic care with assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and procedures like laceration repair and wound care.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients.
- Manage a patient volume of 3–4 per hour in a fully equipped clinic with established protocols.
- Schedule involves 3 shifts per week (12 hours), rotating weekends, with no on-call duties and flexible scheduling.
- Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour, with annual earnings approx. $103K–$131K plus incentives; benefits include insurance, 401(k), PTO, CME allowance, and more.
- Qualifications include NC licensure, BLS/ACLS, and preferred urgent care experience.
