Urology Nurse Practitioner

• Prime Location – Live and work in Raleigh, a vibrant city offering top-tier amenities, excellent schools, and a welcoming community.
• Balanced Schedule – Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Structure includes rotating weeks:
• Week 1: 3 hospital days, 2 clinic days
• Week 2: 2 hospital days, 3 clinic days
• Occasional telehealth and minor office procedures
• Limited Call Responsibilities – Weekend call rotation is only 7-8 weekends per year (Friday 1 PM to Monday 8 AM)
• Structured mentorship for new graduates or those new to urology (6 months)
• Competitive Compensation – Guaranteed base salary + biannual bonuses
• Strong Hospital Affiliations – Collaborate with Wake Med Cary Hospital and UNC Rex Hospital

• Provide patient care in a Raleigh clinic setting as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Participate in a structured schedule with hospital and clinic days as outlined
• Engage in occasional telehealth and perform minor office procedures
• Manage limited weekend call responsibilities as described (7-8 weekends per year)

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (as applicable) with interest in urology
• Ability to work in a collaborative, patient-focused practice
• Willingness to participate in a 6-month mentorship for new graduates or those new to urology
