$10,000 Sign on Bonus.

Job Description- Assess patients and plan care within set time-frames, documenting findings according to policies.
- Oversee and supervise the shift, demonstrating leadership through responsibilities such as delegating tasks to groups, close observation, meal supervision, and more.
- Ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by yourself and all team members.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond accordingly, up to and including notifying the physician.
- Follow hospital policy for medication administration.
- Use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patients.
- Deliver quality nursing care to ensure that goals of the treatment plan are properly executed following hospital policies and procedures and demonstrated nursing competencies.
- Assist/performs comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients.

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) within 30 days of starting
