Registered Nurse, Behavioral Health

Position

Full Time – Night Shift. 3/12 hour shifts from 7pm-7am with rotating weekends.

$10,000 Sign on Bonus.

Triangle Springs is a 77‑bed behavioral health hospital located in Raleigh, NC. We treat substance abuse and mental health patients.

• Assess patients and plan care within set time-frames, documenting findings according to policies.
• Oversee and supervise the shift, demonstrating leadership through responsibilities such as delegating tasks to groups, close observation, meal supervision, and more.
• Ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by yourself and all team members.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond accordingly, up to and including notifying the physician.
• Follow hospital policy for medication administration.
• Use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patients.
• Deliver quality nursing care to ensure that goals of the treatment plan are properly executed following hospital policies and procedures and demonstrated nursing competencies.
• Assist/performs comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) within 30 days of starting
