Job SummaryAs a Clinical Nurse (RN) you will provide direct and indirect nursing care, supervise and advance patient care using the nursing process. You will participate in the professional practice model, clinical ladder, and departmental projects.
Work Hours & Shifts- Full Time: 3–12 hour shifts
- Shifts Available:
Nights 7:00 p‑7:00 a - Position open only to experienced candidates (minimum 1 year RN experience)
- Provide nursing services in accordance with the RN scope defined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Apply assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Supervise and maintain quality of nursing care.
- Participate in clinical ladder program, educational activities, departmental committees, and research projects.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain respectful relationships.
- Minimum of 1 year clinical RN experience (CN2 role requires at least 1 year RN experience).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Associate’s Degree, or Nursing Diploma. Non‑BSN RN to enroll in BSN within 2 years of start date.
- Preferred: 2+ years RN experience in Emergency or Critical Care;
Charge Nurse experience. - Current registration with North Carolina State Board of Nursing or North Carolina Compact RN licensure.
- BLS (or higher) certification required.
- Professional specialty certification preferred.
