Team Lead, Ambulatory Care RN

The Ambulatory Care Nurse, Lead is responsible for providing physician support and comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families. This role involves collaboration with practice leadership to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in patient care. The nurse will perform duties within their scope of practice, adhering to hospital and Wake Med Physician Practices policies, standards of care, standing orders, and evidence-based guidelines.

The Lead Nurse also complies with standards set by all applicable regulatory agencies and supports the mission, values, and management of Wake Med Physician Practices.
