Full Time - 3/12 hour shifts from 7pm-7am

With rotating weekends

What you'll do in the role:

• Support the organization, program, and unit philosophy of care
• Coordinate and deliver quality general and psychiatric nursing care to patients
• Ensure medical orders are followed and participate in treatment planning
• Act as a patient advocate at all times

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current unencumbered license to practice nursing in the state
• CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and before patient contact
• Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, with preferred experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients
• Experience in patient assessments, family engagement, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations or similar entities
