About the Director, Emergency Department (RN) Role:
Strategic Leadership:
Direct the strategic direction of the ED, well supported by an ED Nurse ManagerMentorship:
Lead, develop, and inspire a team of dedicated ED nurses and support staff.Collaborative Care:
Build strong relationships with physicians to enhance patient care and department outcomes.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in ED leadership (at least 2 at the Director level) and 7+ years of clinical ED nursing experience.
Education: BSN required;
Master’s strongly preferred.Skills:
Proven leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of improving patient outcomes.
