Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight in accordance with facility protocols

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Perform assessments, monitor conditions, and update care plans

Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other care staff during shifts

Communicate with physicians, families, and facility leadership about resident needs

Ensure proper documentation of care and incidents

Uphold infection control, safety procedures, and compliance with state regulations

Participate in care team meetings and shift handoffs

Support a compassionate, respectful care environment for all residents

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina

Minimum of 6 months RN experience in a long‑term care, assisted living, or SNF setting

Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist residents with mobility

Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus

CPR certification preferred
