Ci Design, Inc. is a dynamic, highly collaborative architectural firm providing architecture, planning, and interior design services to clients domestically and internationally. We are growing rapidly and looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to work full-time in our Raleigh office.
OverviewThe Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team and firm leadership across graphic design, business development, public relations, social media, and proposal development. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this entry-level role offers hands-on experience and clear growth potential within a highly collaborative creative team. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Responsibilities- Create and maintain graphics, templates, and layouts for proposals, presentations, resumes, and marketing materials
- Apply strong design sensibility and Adobe Creative Suite skills to support and elevate the firm’s brand
- Organize and maintain the marketing archive
- Collect and update project information, firm credentials, and marketing content
- Maintain marketing and business development databases with accuracy
- Support public relations efforts and firm visibility opportunities
- Assist with marketing and industry award submissions
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across marketing materials
- Ensure all materials align with firm branding and standards
- Assist with RFP/RFQ responses, including writing and graphics
- Conduct market and industry research as needed
- Support social media content and marketing initiatives
- Support marketing efforts related to events and conferences
- Provide general marketing and administrative support as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong writing and editing skills with experience in graphically designed layouts
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and commitment to quality
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative, solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed
