The Opportunity:VISASQ/COLEMAN is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Raleigh, NC or Phoenix, AZ. This is a client‑focused marketing role centered on strengthening relationships with existing clients through education, insight, and credibility‑building content.
In this role you will develop, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and strengthen market credibility. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail‑oriented marketer who thrives in a high‑growth environment, enjoys building from the ground up, and has a passion for producing high‑quality, insight‑driven content. This position is responsible for developing and executing content strategies and managing social media initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations you will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and senior leadership to create consistent, compelling, and scalable marketing programs that support revenue objectives.
Responsibilities:Content Marketing
- Conduct market and topic research to identify emerging trends and inform content direction.
- Develop and refine proactive expert lists to support commercial and client‑facing initiatives.
- Create high quality Sector Snapshots that communicate highlight industry themes, shifts, and opportunities.
- Edit and enhance Seminar product including Transcripts, Summaries, and Slide Decks to ensure clarity, accuracy, and narrative cohesion.
- Produce compelling case studies that highlight business impact, client success, and differentiated value.
- Lead the end‑to‑end strategy, development, and execution of Linked In content to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
- Own day‑to‑day management of posts, scheduling, and content optimization.
- Grow follower base, impressions, and engagement using data‑driven insights and iterative experimentation.
- Introduce best practices for social media governance, voice consistency, and performance tracking.
- Build scalable marketing infrastructure, including content calendars, KPI dashboards, workflows, and governance processes.
- Strengthen brand identity through consistent messaging, design continuity, and thought leadership frameworks.
- Partner with Sales to develop marketing assets that support pipeline growth (one‑pagers, outreach content, decks, etc.).
- Support CRM‑aligned initiatives, campaign development, and audience segmentation to improve targeting and nurture flows.
- Identify and implement new tools, channels, or processes that improve marketing efficiency and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- B2B Content and/or Social Media marketing Experience strongly preferred
- Commutable distance to either the Raleigh or Phoenix office
