Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and business development functions. This role will play a key part in executing marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting strategic communications across the organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong writing skills and a passion for creative content and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Draft, design, and edit marketing materials including social media posts, newsletters, project highlights, case studies, press releases, and website content.
  • Brand Support: Assist in maintaining consistent brand identity across all internal and external communications.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and support execution of company events, trade shows, sponsor ships, and industry engagements.
  • Digital Marketing: Help manage social media platforms, monitor engagement metrics, propose ideas to grow digital presence, and coordinate development of promotional assets such as brochures, presentations, proposals, and bid packages.
  • Administrative Support: Track marketing expenses, maintain files and distribution lists, and assist in cross-departmental tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related support functions — experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms preferred.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
