Job Description:
Operate various types of front end loaders, such as Caterpillar or Kawasaki, at asphalt plants to load and feed the hopper with materials necessary for asphalt production. Perform other duties at the plant or on job sites as needed, possibly across multiple sites.

Operate front end loaders (e.g., Caterpillar, Kawasaki) at asphalt plants to load and feed hoppers with materials. Perform additional tasks at the plant or other sites as required.
Minimum Qualifications & Training:
- One to two years of front end loader experience; training available for the right candidate.
- Ability to follow precise instructions and adhere to safety rules and policies.
- Reliable, trustworthy team player.
- Good attendance and safety record.
Tasks Essential to Job Functions:
- Occasional standing and walking.
- Ability to sit for long periods.
- Operate equipment at recommended speeds and capacities.
- Be productive and meet set goals each shift.
- Work with equipment technology effectively.
