You will define and drive MPG’s enterprise quality strategy
, leading a team of Quality Managers and building a roadmap that elevates product excellence, strengthens operational discipline, and embeds quality into our culture.

You’ll:

• Own company-wide Quality Strategy, QMS, and ISO 9001 leadership
• Lead audits across ISO, FSC, customer compliance, and regulatory standards
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, CAPA, SPC, FMEA, and defect-reduction initiatives
• Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and process optimization goals
• Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Clients
• Champion root cause problem-solving and scalable continuous improvement
• Build a quality-first mindset across print, packaging, logistics, and production

You’re someone who:

• Has 10+ years leading quality programs and cross‑functional teams in fast-paced, lean manufacturing environments
  -print and packaging manufacturing experience is a plus
• Has built, transformed, or scaled ISO 9001 and audit programs
• Brings Lean, Six Sigma, CAPA, SPC, FMEA, and data‑driven quality improvement
• Leads with credibility on the floor and influence in the boardroom
• Is energized by fast-paced production, tight tolerances, and high expectations
