Join Millennium Print Group as a Lamination Operator! We’re looking for a skilled Lamination Operator to join our team in Raleigh, NC. If you’re passionate about high-quality production and mastering manufacturing equipment, this is your chance to contribute to products loved around the world.

• Operate and maintain lamination equipment to produce high-quality products.
• Prepare for each production run by reviewing job tickets, materials, and schedules.
• Perform machine make‑readies, troubleshoot, and conduct routine maintenance.
• Inspect products for quality, document results, and report issues to supervisors.
• Monitor inventory, communicate supply needs, and accurately record time and materials in MIS.
• Participate in training and development to expand knowledge of lamination operations.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or machine operator experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
