The Production Specialist at Wrap It Up Raleigh plays a crucial role in the preparation, printing, and finishing of high-quality vinyl wraps for vehicles, walls, and other surfaces. This position requires attention to detail, precision, and efficiency to ensure all wraps meet company and client standards. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain wide-format printers, laminators, and cutting equipment.
• Prepare, trim, and weed vinyl graphics for installation.
• Ensure proper material handling and storage to maintain film quality.
• Conduct quality checks on printed and finished graphics before installation.
• Assist in shop organization and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with designers and installers to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Follow safety procedures when handling tools, equipment, and chemicals.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Assist with filming videos for both internal/external use.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of printing, cutting, and laminating processes is not required. Training Provided.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Focus on cleanliness and organization. Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly
